Under the High Patronage of the Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-enterprises, and the supervision of the National Coordination Committee for Innovation and University Entrepreneurship,
 
The Le Jujube Incubator of the Environmental Research Center (CRE), in co-organization with the HEDGE Accelerator, is pleased to announce the 2nd Edition of the National Congress for Innovation & Entrepreneurship Support Structures – INSIDE 2025 
 
 October 15th, 2025
 Environmental Research Center -CRE– Annaba
 
This congress aims to open a national dialogue on the effectiveness of Algeria’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem and to strengthen collaboration between universities, research centers, incubators, accelerators, and startups.

C'est une reconnaissance de notre engagement en faveur de l'innovation et de l'entrepreneuriat dans le domaine de l'environnement. Nous sommes fiers de cette reconnaissance et nous remercions tous ceux qui ont contribué à notre succès.

We're thrilled to share the incredible success of the Inside National Startup Incubation and Acceleration Congress organized by Hedge Accelerator, in collaboration with the Environmental Research Center  (CRE) yesterday 20th of April 2024 in Seybous Hotel, where our very own Jujube Incubator played a pivotal role as co-organizer!
 
The event was nothing short of phenomenal, kicking off with a warm welcome from Mr. Othmane Rcahedi, the Director of Hedge Accelerator. Following that, we had the honor of hosting the Secretary General of the Annaba Wilaya, setting the tone for a day packed with insights and innovation. A special mention goes to Mr. Karim Brouri, entrepreneur, management researcher, and catalyst of entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems, for his enriching contribution.
 
Morning sessions were filled with enlightening conferences delving into the world of incubators, accelerators, and entrepreneurship, led by esteemed professionals such as the international expert Nicolas Colin founder of “The Family” and the founder of the Statups, “Wajeez ex FoodBeeper” Mr. Tourab Mohamed Salah, who shared invaluable entrepreneurial wisdom
 
The afternoon was equally engaging with hands-on workshops covering topics like incubators and accelerators, team building, and open innovation, sparking creativity and collaboration amongst participants.
 
A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event a resounding success!

La participation du Centre de Recherche en Environnement (CRE) à la Conférence Africaine des Startups au Centre International de Conférence (CIC) à Alger, représenté par la responsable de l'incubateur du CRE -Le jujube- et la cheffe de département Relex.

La journée a débuté avec les discours inspirants du Premier Ministre et du Ministre de l'économie de la connaissance des Startups et des micros-entreprises, suivis par des leaders influents d'institutions africaines. Notre équipe a ensuite exploré les stands passionnants des startups provenant de divers pays Africains, mettant en lumière des innovations dans l'IA, les technologies vertes, les énergies renouvelables, et bien plus encore.
 
L'après-midi a été animée par des panels captivants sur le financement des startups africaines et les investissements locaux.
